Custom Products

FutureStars Collectibles creates personalized products using information, photographs, colors, names, numbers, statistics, and other details submitted by customers.

Because our products are custom-made, customers are responsible for reviewing all information submitted with their order for accuracy.

Submitted Photos and Information

By uploading or submitting a photograph, logo, name, team information, or other content, you confirm that you have the right and permission to provide that material to FutureStars Collectibles for the purpose of creating your order.

For orders featuring a minor, the person placing the order confirms that they are authorized to submit the athlete's photograph and information.

Customer-submitted photographs and information are used to create and fulfill the requested custom product.

Product Designs

FutureStars Collectibles designs, branding, templates, graphics, website content, and other original materials may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or distributed without permission.

Purchasing a custom product does not transfer ownership of FutureStars Collectibles' underlying designs, templates, branding, or other intellectual property.

Product Appearance

Because each product is individually customized, minor differences in colors, positioning, printing, cropping, or appearance may occur between digital previews, examples shown on our website, and the final physical product.

We make every reasonable effort to produce each order accurately and at a high quality.

Orders and Payments

Customers agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and order information when making a purchase.

FutureStars Collectibles reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including orders involving suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, inappropriate content, or material we are unable to reasonably produce.

Shipping

Production and delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, order volume, or circumstances outside of our control.

Third-Party Trademarks

Team names, school names, league names, logos, uniforms, and other third-party trademarks or materials submitted by customers remain the property of their respective owners.

FutureStars Collectibles is an independent custom collectible company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any professional sports league, trading card manufacturer, grading company, school, team, or organization unless specifically stated.

Website Use

You may not use this website or our services for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website, or reproduce or commercially exploit our website content without permission.
