Custom Order & Refund Policy

All FutureStars Collectibles products are custom-made specifically for each customer. Because each order is personalized using the photos, names, team information, colors, and other details provided at the time of purchase, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Customer-Submitted Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing all photos, names, numbers, team information, colors, spelling, and other customization details before submitting an order. FutureStars Collectibles is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Problems With Your Order

If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing or production defect, or we made an error while creating your order, please contact us so we can review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Please include your order number and photos of the issue when contacting us.
